Google to Acquire Cloud Security Leader Wiz in $32 Billion Deal

Google LLC has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Wiz, Inc., a leading cloud security platform based in New York, for $32 billion in an all-cash transaction, subject to closing adjustments. Upon completion of the acquisition, Wiz will become part of Google Cloud.

The deal reflects Google Cloud’s commitment to enhancing cloud security and advancing multicloud capabilities in an era increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence.
