Emirates Expands Asia Network with New Flights to Shenzhen, Da Nang, and Siem Reap

Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, is further enhancing its presence in Asia with the launch of daily non-stop flights between Dubai and Shenzhen starting 1 July 2025. The airline will also introduce four weekly services to Da Nang on 2 June and three weekly flights to Siem Reap from 3 June, with both destinations linked via Bangkok.

This expansion positions Emirates as the non-Asian airline with the most extensive network in East Asia, now operating 269 flights per week to 24 cities. The move also marks Emirates’ fourth gateway into the Chinese mainland, its third destination in Vietnam, and its second point in Cambodia.

New Shenzhen Route Enhances UAE-China Connectivity

Emirates is the first Middle Eastern airline to launch daily flights to Shenzhen, further strengthening its two-decade-long relationship with China. The service is strategically timed to facilitate connections with key global markets across Africa, Europe, and the Americas.

Flight EK328 will depart Dubai at 10:05 AM, arriving in Shenzhen at 10:00 PM. The return flight, EK329, departs Shenzhen at 11:55 PM and lands in Dubai at 3:40 AM the next day.

Shenzhen will also be the first destination in China to receive Emirates’ newly retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER, featuring first-class suites, lie-flat Business Class seats, Premium Economy, and Economy Class cabins.

Expansion in Vietnam and Cambodia Boosts Tourism and Trade

Emirates' four weekly services to Da Nang, its third gateway in Vietnam, will operate via Bangkok, catering to growing demand for leisure and business travel. The schedule is optimized for connections to major cities in Europe and the United States.

Flight EK370 will depart Dubai at 9:00 AM, arriving in Bangkok at 6:25 PM. It will continue to Da Nang at 8:10 PM, landing at 9:50 PM. The return flight EK371 departs Da Nang at 11:30 PM, stopping in Bangkok before reaching Dubai at 6:50 AM.

Similarly, Emirates' new three-weekly service to Siem Reap, home to the iconic Angkor Wat, will offer leisure travellers convenient access to one of Cambodia’s most visited cultural destinations. The service will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with seamless connectivity from major European and Middle Eastern cities.

Flight EK370 will follow the same Dubai-Bangkok leg before continuing to Siem Reap at 8:10 PM, arriving at 9:30 PM. The return flight EK371 departs Siem Reap at 11:50 PM and arrives in Dubai at 6:50 AM the next day.

Both Da Nang and Siem Reap routes will be operated by the Boeing 777-300ER in a two-class configuration, offering Business and Economy Class.
