Guaranty Trust Bank has removed processing fees on all its Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals, reinforcing its commitment to providing cost-effective payment solutions for businesses in Nigeria.
Effective Tuesday, February 11, 2025, merchants using GTBank POS terminals will no longer be charged Merchant Service Charges (MSC) when receiving customer payments.
This initiative allows qualifying SME merchants to accept payments at zero cost, reducing operational expenses while supporting business growth and enhancing the customer experience.
Speaking on the development, Miriam Olusanya, Managing Director of Guaranty Trust Bank Nigeria, stated, “At Guaranty Trust Bank, we are always looking for ways to add value to our financial ecosystem.
