LG Electronics has reaffirmed its dedication to sustainability and community development by delivering its 8th solar-powered borehole to the Ayeye Community in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. This initiative is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to combat water scarcity and improve access to clean, safe water for underserved communities.
The donation was met with overwhelming gratitude, as residents celebrated the life-changing impact of having a reliable water source. Rear Admiral Lateef Akintola (Retd.), Mogaji of the Balogun Ibikunle family, expressed appreciation for LG’s commitment to social responsibility, highlighting the transformative effect of the initiative.
