GRAMMY Museum Names Arin Canbolat Vice President of Education

The GRAMMY Museum has appointed Arin Canbolat as Vice President of Education, effective immediately. In his new role, Canbolat will lead efforts to enhance and expand the museum’s educational initiatives, with a focus on music and music industry education for K-12 students across the United States.

Canbolat will oversee existing programs, including GRAMMY Camp, the Music Educator Award, mentorship programs, and the museum's Learning Hub. Based in New York, he will also focus on developing scalable curricula to broaden the museum's reach.

"We're excited to welcome Arin to our leadership team," said Michael Sticka, President/CEO of the GRAMMY Museum. "His experience in both education and music will strengthen our ability to grow and evolve our educational programs, which are central to our mission."

Reflecting on his new role, Canbolat said, "I am thrilled to join the GRAMMY Museum and contribute to the growth of programs that harness music's transformative power. The arts help people better understand themselves and the world, and I look forward to advancing that purpose."

Before joining the GRAMMY Museum, Canbolat was the Associate Dean for Education Outreach at Berklee College of Music, where he developed educational strategies and partnerships that impacted over 65,000 students annually. He also held leadership roles at The School of Jazz and Contemporary Music and Concord Music Group.

Canbolat will work alongside fellow leadership team members, including Jasen Emmons, Chief Curator and VP of Curatorial Affairs, and Rita George, Chief Program Officer.
