President Bola Tinubu has praised Jim Obazee for his contributions as the Special Investigator of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and other relevant entities.
Tinubu applauded Obazee, a former Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC), for effectively completing his assignment.
In a statement released by Presidential spokesman Ajuri Ngelale on Friday in Abuja, Tinubu lauded Obazee for his dedication and professionalism in navigating the intricacies of this vital national task.
The President noted that the investigations had officially concluded, with all appropriate law enforcement and regulatory agencies already pursuing follow-up actions.
He further stated that following the submission of a comprehensive final report and the dismantling of all equipment used during the investigation, the assignment officially concluded on March 31.
Tinubu expressed gratitude to Obazee for his commitment to duty and extended best wishes for his future endeavors.
