Ugandan-born Hilda has a law degree from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, South Africa and an MBA from the IESE Business School – University of Navarra, Spain.
She has garnered working experience across EMEA including East Africa, South Africa, Spain, Denmark, Nigeria, Qatar and Cote D'Ivoire.
Until December 2018, she was an Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company's Lagos office, serving private and public sector clients primarily on strategy, human capital, talent management, change management and organisational behavior
Prior to joining McKinsey, I worked as a transfer pricing expert with KPMG East Africa working with Multinationals in the region to design/develop their transfer pricing policies and support them in negotiations with the different tax authorities.
