Real Madrid, Fly Emirates to renew kit partnership

Spanish football club, Real Madrid is considering the extension of its contract with Dubai-based airline Fly Emirates. The Dubai government-owned airline is a subsidiary of The Emirates Group.



Accordingto emerging reports, the ‘Blancos’ will sign a world-record kit deal becoming the first football club in the world in terms of revenue from sponsorships. Currently, English Premier League club Manchester United held the record. In 2014-15, the club signed a remarkable contract with Chevrolet.

In 2013, Real Madrid signed a five-year front-of-shirt sponsorship deal with the UAE carrier. The airline, a partner of the Spanish giants since 2011, replaced previous shirt sponsor Bwin from the start of the season.
