Captain of Kenya’s national football team, Victor Wanyama has signed multi-million shilling personal endorsement deal with telecommunications firm Safaricom.
The Tottenham Hotspur midfielder will act as a brand ambassador -- lending his image to in print and video campaign (Twaweza) in the country for the company.
Wanyama joined Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2016 for a fee of £11million from league rival, Southampton. He has since become a key play at the North London side.
Southampton signed Wanyama from Celtic in 2013 for £12.5m and were determined to earn the best financial return from his sale.
