There are rumours that new MacBook will not only offer the latest Intel processors, but also a thinner design — possibly at the cost of full-size USB ports. Apple is expected to outfit the new MacBook Pro with a special OLED panel above the keyboard that can be used for shortcuts, quick launch options and more.
The Mac event is expected to take place at or near Apple’s Cupertino campus rather than in San Francisco, where the company held many recent events, including the iPhone 7 announcement.
