Osinbajo, Dogara, Others To Speak At NIPR Stakeholders’ Conference

Vice President of Nigeria, Yemi Osinbajo, House of Representatives Speaker Yakubu Dogara are among eminent speakers for the 2016 Stakeholders’ Conference of Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Lagos chapter slated for Thursday, August 25, 2016.

The conference, themed: ‘Communication, Reputation & Sustainable Foreign Direct Investment in Nigeria,’ will take place at the Agip Recital Hall, MUSON Centre, Onikan.

According to the President of Lagos NIPR, Olusegun McMedal, the Vice President is expected to deliver the Keynote Address, while the House Speaker will speak on the paper: Addressing Legislative Barriers to Foreign Direct Investment in Nigeria.

Other personalities expected to grace the event are former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, Prof Charles Soludo who will be speaking on: Achieving the Right Policy Mix for Generating Foreign Direct Investment in Nigeria, Tony Elumelu Chairman, Heirs Holdings Limited, will chair the occasion while Governor of Lagos State,Mr. Akinwumi Ambode is expected as the Chief Host.
The gala and awards night tagged: Stakeholders’ Nite of Recognitions, will hold at the Lagoon Restaurant, Victoria Island, Lagos on Friday August 26.

The two-day event will engage key stakeholders including; the government, head of foreign missions and major corporate organisations to discuss and share functional strategies that will help in promoting and protecting foreign direct investment in the country.
