Automobile maker Ford at the ongoing Mobile World Congress Shanghai 2016 has showcased its Smart Mobility Initiatives that includes Smart Mobility Panda Dynamic Shuttle experiment, new AppLink partnerships, and more.
The company announced two Ford Smart Mobility projects in China called the Ding Ding Parking Space Lock experiment and the Employee Smart Parking experiment. While the Ding Ding Parking Space Lock experiment uses the company's SYNC technology to let Ford drivers "hands-free control over parking spaces", the Employee Smart Parking experiment aims to make parking near office premises a hassle-free process.
