Following the forex crisis in Nigeria and subsequent drop in the purchasing powers of many Nigerians, leading cargo company, County Cargo, has launched a new campaign tagged Mega Ten as a way of rewarding old and new customers.
Senior Brand Manager of the company, Miss Comfort Ogon, said the new consumer promotion is designed to cushion the effects of the present currency crisis facing the country and provide Nigerians the opportunity
“In recent times, the value of the Naira compared with the dollar has steadily declined, and this has negatively affected the purchasing power of most Nigerians. This has even hindered many Nigerians from ordering their choice items from international stores and outlets. With this promo, we are giving Nigerians the opportunity to get up to 10 kilograms of their cargoes shipped and delivered free to their door-steps, anywhere in Nigeria.
Explaining how the reward campaign works, Comfort said: “Customers who ship items weighing 20kg and above from the UK to Nigeria automatically get the cost of 10kg waived by County Cargo. The customer only pays the value of the extra kilograms.”
She said the campaign, which has since kicked off on Instagram, runs through March 31, 2016, urging persons interested in shipping their items to take advantage of the offer by County Cargo.
“With our array of services including warehousing, air freight, sea cargo, procurement and door-to-door services and 24-hours express service from the United Kingdom to Nigeria, we are determined to remain ahead of the competition by delivery the most efficient and customer-friendly services to our customers at all times.
County Cargo is Nigeria’s bespoke freight service firm with operational bases in United Kingdom, USA, Nigeria and China.
