TBWA\London Hires New ECD, Head of Production & Innovation

TBWA\London has appointed the Group Chief Strategy Officer at Havas/HMG, Graeme Douglas as the agency's Executive Creative Director and Josh Tenser, an executive producer at the Swedish agency Acne, as Head of Production & Innovation.

Douglas will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the creative department and provide creative leadership across several of TBWA\London’s clients and work directly with Richard Stainer, the chief executive. Graeme is a multi-award winning Creative with over 15 years’ experience in top creative and communications agencies.

With over 18 years commercial experience in top advertising agencies and production companies, Josh responsibility will include working with individual client teams to identify and capitalise upon the latest technological innovations, in addition to up-skilling across the entire agency.

Josh joins an increasingly diverse team at TBWA\London, as the agency moves towards a modern, fully-integrated offer, providing clients with holistic creative solutions.

Chairman and Chief Creative Officer, Peter Souter, will continue to be in-charge as TBWA’s creative direction.
