English Premier League side Liverpool have announced that tyre manufacturer Maxxis International has renewed its contract as a global sponsor of the club for a further two years.
The renewal takes the deal into a third term, with the partnership having commenced in 2009 and been renewed in 2012. Taiwan-based Maxxis will now sponsor Liverpool until the end of the 2016/17 Premier League season.
The deal will give Maxxis match day LED placement and digital advertising in return for its ongoing support of the club, though figure was announced for the deal.
Maxxis is a tyre manufacturer which distributes to more than 150 countries. Liverpool's international fan base was a key consideration in the renewal.
