2016 Honda Accord: New Tech, New Look

The much anticipated 2016 Honda Accord Sedan will finally go on sale on August 19 with the Accord Coupe hitting dealerships on August 26.

Beyond a mechanical upgrades and new look, there are several other tech additions. More LED lights are used on the exterior, including LED headlights on some trim levels. Also, turn signals, and taillights, optional 19-inch wheels, and a more steeply descending hood freshen the new Accord’s appearance.

The Sedan prices are likely to remain close to those of the 2015 models, which start at $22,925 for the Accord LX manual and rise to $34,450 for the Touring V-6.

The 2016 model year Accord is easy to distinguish thanks to its revised front and rear fascia, with styling inspired by the 10th generation Civic concept.

There are also three new exterior colors for the sedan: Kona Coffee, Lunar Silver, and San Morino Red, and two new colors for the coupe: deep-opal metallic and lunar silver.
