Prior to her appointment, Themelis was contracted to Microsoft South Africa as an advocacy manager in Microsoft's programme GetHelp, where she proactively listened and responded to customer, partner and subsidiary issues as well as managed the resolution of critical issues when other channels did not meet customer needs, IT-Online reported.
Themelis held various contracts at Microsoft South Africa since 1999 and her other areas of expertise include business operations specialist, sales and administration.
