Vodafone Ghana has announced that as a result of the power crisis, it will provide some bonus packages as relief, to customers of its fixed broadband from April 2, 2015.
The telecommunication network in an official statement said it would offer a one-week validity extension to all fixed broadband users. This offer will increase the validity time of the monthly bundle from 30 to 37 days.
It also disclosed that bonus packages would be to mitigate the effect of the current power crisis on Vodafone’s fixed broadband customers. The company
Additionally, active fixed broadband customers would receive a monthly mobile broadband data bundle, free of charge as back-up to their fixed broadband connection.
The bonus packages would continue until the power situation is stabilized.
