Turkish Airlines signs shirt sponsorship deal Bosnian football club

Adding to a vast European football portfolio that features the likes of Barcelona, Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund, Turkey’s national carrier Turkish Airlines has signed a shirt sponsorship deal with Bosnian football club FK Sarajevo.

The terms of the multi-year agreement, which grants Turkish Airlines front-of-shirt branding, were not disclosed.

FK Sarajevo general manager Dino Selimovic identified the deal as an important step for his club, which has suffered turbulent financial times over recent years.

FK Sarajevo will wear kits featuring Turkish Airlines’ branding for the first time when it travels to Zvijezda Gradacac in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina tomorrow (Friday). The club is currently sitting second in the table.
