Lamudi Nigeria Launches Online Chat To Support Customers

Nigeria’s leading online real estate website Lamudi has launched an innovative online chat feature to receive live feedback from its customers. This comes less than three months after the company relaunched its website with a responsive new design.

The live chat service was developed to make contact between visitors to the website and Lamudi’s customer support team easier. The service allows Lamudi users to raise issues relating to property search and listings on the website and get a response in real time.

Users can also use the chat feature to seek the assistance of support staff to find their dream property. This new innovation will increase the already robust customer support offered by Lamudi Nigeria. The chat feature is accessible through the Lamudi website at www.lamudi.com.ng.

Research has shown that online platforms are more likely to benefit from customers who had good customer service interaction. In a recent study from Marketing Land 62 percent of respondents said they purchased more products or services from a company following a positive customer service experience.
