IS Internet Solutions Nigeria appoints Taj Onigbanjo as Sales Director

Leading African Cloud and Managed Communications Services provider, IS Internet Solutions Nigeria Limited, a Division of Dimension Data, has appointed Taj Onigbanjo as its new Sales Director.

Onigbanjo is an experienced telecoms expert with over 20 years hands-on experience in sales, marketing and consultancy. Prior to his appointment, he was the Head of Africa for Cable & Wireless Worldwide, one of the world’s largest telcos. He has an enviable track record of success with experience spanning the African and International telecoms environment.

Onigbanjo will be responsible for setting the sales strategy and objectives for the company, building and developing the sales team, growing revenues and margins, new business development and strategic account management.

Olu Teniola, Chief Executive Officer of Internet Solutions said that he is confident that Onigbanjo will deliver on the company’s objective of growing its market share, revenues and margins.

IS Internet Solutions, a Division of Dimension Data, entered the Nigerian market by acquiring a local ISP, Accelon. IS Internet Solutions provides its suite of Cloud and Managed Services to small, medium, and large organisations in the public and private sector either through direct sales or via a national network of Partners. It currently provides services to more than 80 percent of companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange as well as a large number of blue chip organisations in Nigeria.

The company targets the African market and has operating companies in Nigeria, Kenya, Mozambique, and Ghana.
