uAfrica.com - a South African eCommerce technology company, has announced the first phase of its expansion plan into Nigeria, Kenya and Uganda with key business partners reportedly established in these countries.
The first phase will see the company expand to Nigeria with a trial Proof of Concept (POC) partnership with MTN Business customers who will be able to develop their own online shops through uAfrica.com.
uAfrica provides multi-channel cloud based e-commerce services to SMEs across Africa and has been operating in the e-commerce space since 2004.
According to reports, earlier this year, uAfrica secured $1.5m funding from bidorbuy.co.za and Andy Higgins, MD of uAfrica.
