Hellofood agrees exciting new partnerships with Tigo and Domino’s

Online food ordering service Hellofood, has announced an innovative new partnership with the major communications provider Tigo. Hellofood allows customers to order food online or via the Hellofood app, and have it delivered to their doorstep with just a few clicks, and is fast becoming the most popular food delivery service on the continent.

From now on, Hellofood will be present across all of Tigo’s communications platforms and Tigo customers will be able to take advantage of exclusive Hellofood offers, such as discounts and free delivery. Moreover, the Hellofood app (available on the AppStore and the Android Market) will be automatically pre-installed for free on the majority of Tigo smartphones, allowing users to receive the latest Hellofood offers in real time through the service’s notifications.

Furthermore, the American pizza giant Domino’s Pizza, which has already been established in parts of Africa for several years, has joined hellofood.ma in a move set to boost the company’s sales and give customers a new, simple and practical way to order food. “We’re observing more and more that the demand for fast food, primarily in Casablanca, is considerable” said Maria el Fassi, Country Manager of Hellofood Morocco. She added: “It’s a real economic motor, since it not only places restaurants in competition with each other, thereby pushing them to improve their menus, but it also helps to considerably increase their sales.”

Residents of Accra can also now have freshly made pizza delivered directly to their doorstep, thanks to Hellofood’s new partnership with the restaurant Pinocchio. As well as pizzas made with fresh Italian ingredients, customers can enjoy either 750ml or 1l deliveries of over 20 flavours of homemade ice cream, transported in special cooling boxes so that it stays cold and refreshing until arrival.
