Africa's pay cable TV, DStv has secured the rights to show live broadcast of the 2014 CommonWealth Games to be hosted in Glasgow, Scotland for the delight of both DStv and GOtv subscribers who will have access to all the matches.
According to Mr. Martins Mabutho, Multichoice General Manager of Marketing, there would also be live matches on the Super Sport HD channels on DStv. “Our subscribers will have access to full coverage of the 261 events that will be showcased in17 Sports,” said Mabutho.
The Games which will start on the 23rd July and end on the 2nd of August has a total number of 70 CommonWealth teams in attendance.
