Nokia Connects With Customers, Launches First 6 inch Smartphones

Nokia, in partnership with MAGGI on Monday, connected with its customers in a special night of food and photography tagged EAT. SHOOT.REPEAT. The event was organized to showcase Nokia’s flagship brands, Nokia Lumia 1520 and Lumia 1320.

The event held during the 2014 social media week at Terra Kulture with guests feasted to a classic cocktail along with mouthwatering intercontinental dishes provided by MAGGI.

According to the Head of Nokia Care, West and Central Africa, Kola Osinowo, the event was organized for customers to have fun, savour exquisite food and share their experience through photography with friends.

In a brief chat with BrandArena, Mr. Osinowo said: "“One thing that stands Nokia out is that we don’t just bring in innovation, we make it more human. We ensure that whatever device we are launching cut across different price range. We offer something that everybody can afford. We create a device for everybody’s pocket”.

Speaking on the partnership, Guy Kellaway, Category Business Manager, Culinary Nestle Nigeria, said “MAGGI, Nigeria’s leading cooking brand is synonymous with good food, good food means great memories, and of course great stories which is why we are creating and capturing good food-moments is the essence of the MAGGI Brand. It was for this reason that MAGGI was able to associate strongly with Nokia for this event”.
