The brand will launch a number of fan initiatives as part of the deal which will include the new fan booths in the City Square entertainment zone at the Etihad Stadium which will give fans the chance to upload their football skills and compare themselves with some of Manchester City’s star players.
Grassroots activity at one-off iON football clinics will integrate the camera technology products as an educational tool.
Chief commercial and operating officer for Manchester City, Tom Glick, said of the partnership: ‘The nature of the innovative content will be a big hit with our fans around the world, especially our international pre-season tours, where the cameras will play a key role.’
