Etisalat Launches First ‘Gold Series’ Experience Centre In Lagos

Etisalat Nigeria has taken customer experience to a different level with the launch of the first ‘Gold Series’ experience centre situated at 43 Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island.

The new state of the art gold series experience centres are targeted at our esteemed customers and will provide an environment that encourages customers to explore and immerse themselves in the essence of the Etisalat brand.

At the media briefing held at the experience centre in Victoria Island, Director, Brands & Communication, Etisalat Nigeria, Mr. Enitan Denloye said that the centres were designed to enable customers explore and experience the products and services offered by the brand in a highly interactive and exciting environment that stimulates the senses and educates the customer on what’s possible with the brand’s technology.

Denloye said, “The new gold series centres encapsulates the essence of our brand and brings it to life for our customers. The Retail touch point is a very important “moment-of-truth” area in the telecoms industry. This is a physical centre where our customers come in contact with our innovativeness and get to experience what we mean when we say we are not just a network but an attitude.  We are taking shopper experience to the next level.  Every consumer that walks into any etisalat experience centre would be enmeshed in our world of innovation, quality of service and customer-friendly environment.  This is the 0809ja way of life which is better experienced, than explained”.

The Director of Retail Sales at Etisalat Nigeria, Charles Ogunwuyi stated that “In putting together this concept, we wanted to focus on creating a world class experiential environment that makes technology more approachable, fun and interactive for our customers. Our customers get to see, touch, feel and experience our technology and innovation in action while being guided by very tech savvy retail consultants who can help guide them on the right technology bundle that fits their lifestyle. This is definitely a first of its kind in this marketplace and everyone is welcome to come and experience the attitude.”

The Gold series experience centers showcase the latest high tech 3.75G enabled devices in addition to the high-resolution interactive displays.  The center also has an authentic Geek Force bar loaded with “Small bytes & App-etizers” apps menu where customers can ask questions, try out new apps and see how the latest mobile devices can enhance their lives when paired with the right applications.

The center also comes with an in-store café where customers can relax grab a coffee and continue to interact with the brand. There’s also a VIP“GEM” lounge for its existing high value customers. With the current features, layout and experiential zoning, the new experience centre at Adeola Odeku is set to revolutionize the retail environment in Nigeria.
