MTN Nigeria, NIGCOMSAT, NetLink Limited, join forces

Nigeria's telecom giant, MTN has entered into a partnership with Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited (NIGCOMSAT) and local technology firm, NetLink Limited, to deliver information and communications technology (ICT) solutions across the country, CAJ News Agency reports.

The solution will be provided on a broad range of advanced ICT services that are billed to be available to the private and public sector in the near future.

"Believing in the strategic roadmap being chartered by NIGCOMSAT, MTN has entered into this partnership with NIGCOMSAT and NetLink to deliver a broad range of advanced technology solutions only made possible by the combined infrastructure, assets and capabilities of all three parties.

"With the extensive infrastructure available and technical know-how, we look forward to delivering some innovative and game-changing solutions that will benefit both the public and private sectors of the Nigerian economy," Babatunde Osho, the chief enterprise solutions officer of MTN Nigeria, was quoted as saying in the report.
