Three Nigerians Among Finalists for CNN-Multichoice African Journalists Award

Three Nigeria journalists, Geoff Iyatse of The Guardian, Tolu Ogunlesi, Freelance for Ventures Africa and Oluwatoyosi Ogunseye of Sunday Punch have been nominated as finalists for the 18th CNN MultiChoice African Journalist 2013 Competition.

The competition received entries from 42 countries across the continent, including French and Portuguese speaking Africa.

The winners of the competition will be announced at an Award Ceremony and Gala Evening in Cape Town, South Africa, on October 12.
