In an attempt to ease the challenges encountered by commuters on Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) buses, the Lagos state Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA), today will kick-off e-ticketing payments on buses.
According to LAMATA, commuters would be able to pay using Lagos Connect, a payment card that offers numerous options and also enhance BRT’s effectiveness and usher in a holistic plan to make the operations of BRT more efficient and greatly improve passengers’ experience.
The system is believed will further ensure efficient and effective service delivery, and increase the transport system’s capacity in the state.
