After a fulfilling and rewarding business
relationship in 2012, frontline brewing giant, Nigerian Breweries Plc is set to
reward its distributors spread across the country. With the theme “Our Bond,
Our Success”, the event, is scheduled to hold on Friday, March 1, 2013 at Eko
Hotel and Suites in Lagos.
According to a statement from Mr. Hubert Eze, Sales
Director of Nigerian Breweries, awards will be given to the Key Distributors
and Super Key Distributors and other trade partners of the company who excelled
in the cause of their business partnerships with NB Plc.
He added that the event was conceived to
recognise and reward the excellent performance of the company’s distributors
and transporters for the year 2012. The awards would also provide the platform
to evaluate the previous year’s business performance, as well as communicate
new business strategies to distributors.
The awards categories made available to our
correspondent, include: National Volume Champion and Region Volume Champions, Regional
Volume Champions who attained minimum of 2 million cases, Regional Volume
Champion who attained less than 2 million cases, District Champions who
achieved minimum of 2 million cases, District Champions who achieved 1 Million
– 2 Million cases, District Champions who achieved 1 Million cases, Millionaire
Club (SKDs who achieved above 1 million cases) among others.
Prizes to be carted home by the lucky distributors
will include: Brand new Mercedes Benz truck, Mitsubishi Canter trucks;
Mitsubishi L200 double cabin; Forklifts; Sound proof generating Sets; cash
rewards and several free cartons of Nigerian Breweries Products.
Always noted for giving its consumers and
distributors the best of times, Eze said apart from rewarding the distributors,
the night would be an exceptional one as they would be entertained by award
winning Nigerian international super star Tuface Idibia.
It would be recalled that the award for the best
distributor of the year in 2011 was won by Magulf Enterprises ltd.
